GiyaPay/BIMS, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized subcontractors may collect the data you provided to us, whether or not that data be personal or be classified as personal information/sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The said data collected may be shared to BIMS’/GiyaPay’s authorized agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and other authorized third parties.

BIMS/GiyaPaymay also use the data collected in the following manner and/or to undertake thefollowing activities:

• Conducting analysis for purposes of research and marketing initiatives, including the creation of profiles based on user interests, preferences, mobility patterns, and other information that may be relevant for marketing and market research purposes;

Data obtained by us may be maintained in GiyaPay’s records for as long as you or the entity you represent avail of its platforms, features, components, and/or services, and for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which the information was obtained or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or for legitimate business purposes, or as provided by law, rules and regulations.
